From your kitchen
a big pan with a lid, a little oil or butter, a spatula, eggs, if you have them; the box does not need them.
What to do
- Spam diced small, fried in the pan until the edges crisp. Out onto a plate.
- Hash browns in the same pan the way the box says - water, lid, then uncovered until they brown. Stir in the green chiles near the end.
- Spam back in. Salsa over the top. If there are eggs in the house, crack two on top for the last 3 minutes with the lid on. If not, it is still a skillet.
