From the grocery store
3 eggs. Any store, on the way home. Not in the cart button; we do not sell eggs.
From your kitchen
a big pan, oil, a spatula, salt.
What to do
- Pan hot, oil in. Scramble the eggs hard and fast. Out onto a plate.
- More oil. Garlic and onion powder for 20 seconds, then the rice. Press it flat, let it sit and sizzle for a minute, then turn it. That is where the crispy bits come from.
- Vegetables in. Teriyaki over. Toss until it all looks the same colour.
- Eggs back in, broken up. Salt. Eat it out of the pan; we will not tell anyone.
