From the grocery store
about 1.5 lb boneless chicken thighs. Any store, on the way home. Not in the cart button; we do not sell chicken.
From your kitchen
a pan, a knife, a microwave, salt.
What to do
- Chicken in bite-size pieces, salted. Pan, medium-high, 6 to 8 minutes until it is browned and cooked through.
- Garlic, half the bottle of teriyaki, the vegetables and the pineapple. Two minutes, until it bubbles and coats everything.
- Rice: 90 seconds a pouch. Rice in a bowl, chicken on top. The pineapple was the point.
