What to do

1. Microwave the trays as the tray says. Tip the noodles into a hot pan with the sauce packets.
2. Vegetables and garlic in. Push everything to one side, crack the eggs into the empty side, scramble them there, then stir it all together.
3. Splash of soy. Two minutes, until the noodles catch a little on the pan. That is the stir in stir-fry.
