From your kitchen

a crockpot, a can opener, salt.

What to do

1. Open every can. Drain the beans and the corn. Do not drain the tomatoes or the chiles.
2. Everything into the crockpot. Add the seasoning packet, a tablespoon of minced onion and about a cup of the broth. Stir once.
3. Lid on. Low for 6 hours, or high for 3. Walk away.
4. Taste it. Salt it. That is the recipe.
