What to do

Drain the beans and the corn. Tip them into a pan with the tomatoes (juice and all), the chiles and the taco packet.
Medium heat, about 8 minutes. Stir when you remember to.
Rice: 90 seconds in the microwave. Read that again, then do it.
Rice in a bowl, taco stuff on top. Salsa if you have it. Done.
