What to do

1. Everything except the tortilla strips into the pot. Stir once.
2. Simmer 20 minutes on the stove, or low for 4 hours in the crockpot. It does not need you.
3. Salt it. Ladle it. Tortilla strips on top, a lot of them; they are the point.
4. Freeze what is left. It comes back better.
